I am a psychologist, licensed by the Washington State Department of Health. I have several years experience as a psychologist in private practice and as a school psychologist in the public schools.
I received my Ph.D. from the University of Washington in Educational Psychology in 1995. I completed postdoctoral training at Children’s Hospital and Regional Medical Center in Seattle, Mary Bridge Children’s Hospital in Tacoma, and the University of Washington’s Center for Human Development and Disability.
I have visited most of the private schools and many of the public schools in the Seattle area and have conducted numerous workshops on school selection for parents. I have years of experience administering the CogAT for the Edmonds School District and Seattle Public Schools Advanced Learning/Highly Capable Students departments and have sat on the appeals committee in both districts in the past.
